CANCELLATIONS/
RESCHEDULE
Cancellations are not allowed.Bookings may only be rescheduled once.
Bad Weather: Rescheduling is allowed, subject to court availability
Other Reasons: Requests must be made at least five (5) days before the booking date.
Example: An August 6 booking must be rescheduled on or before August 1.
No-shows, late arrivals, and early departures are not eligible for refunds, extensions, or rescheduling.
Tocles Sports Center may reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances
(e.g., court maintenance or facility issues). A new schedule will be provided.
BOOKINGS
Walk-ins are not accepted. All bookings must be made through our website.
You may check our website for available court schedules.
Same-day bookings are allowed up to one (1) hour before the desired playing time,
subject to availability.
