House Rules

Proper Athletic Attire

Proper athletic attire and non-marking rubber shoes are required.Bare feet, slippers, sandals, leather shoes, and other non-athletic footwear are not permitted on the playing court.

Repair or replacement

costs may be charged to the last group that used the court.Players are responsible for any damage to the court or its facilities beyond normal wear and tear.

Liability

Tocles Sports Center is not liable for any injury, accident, lost, or stolen personal belongings.

Smoking, vaping, eating

and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited inside the court.

Dispose of trash properly

Please keep the court and surrounding areas clean.

Pets

are not allowed inside the facility.

Tocles Sports Center reserves the right to cancel reservations, deny entry, suspend, or permanently ban any person for:

Violating the House Rules or Reservation Policies.

Damaging the court, equipment, or any facility.

Engaging in offensive, abusive, violent, or threatening behavior, including fights or physical altercations.

Any incident involving violence or criminal acts may be reported to the appropriate authorities and handled in accordance with applicable laws.

Bringing prohibited items or engaging in any illegal or unlawful activity.

Such incidents may also be reported to the appropriate authorities.
